Hospice Care Services
Routine Home Care
Senior Hospice provides residential care in patients’ homes and has established partnerships with long-term care facilities and nursing homes, assisted living facilities and residential care facilities for the elderly.

Continuous Care
If a patient develops the need for more constant care, we can provide shifts of hospice staff at the home for a brief period so the patient can avoid being transferred to a hospital.
Dedicated Inpatient Units
Senior Hospice has special arrangements with local hospitals and other facilities if patients require additional support that can’t be provided at home. Patients may receive necessary and appropriate care and return home as soon as possible.
Respite Care
Limited to five consecutive days, respite care provides a period of rest for the patient’s primary caregiver. Home care patients will be admitted to an inpatient facility without having to meet the normal pain and symptom management criteria.
Comprehensive Package
Senior Hospice's comprehensive package of services is coordinated with the patient's attending physician. Additional services include:
DRUGS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES Senior Hospice covers all medications, medical equipment and supplies required for comfort and safety of all patients.
TELECARE Senior Hospice Nurse is just a phone call away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff will conduct home visits whenever necessary to respond to crises related to illness.
BEREAVEMENT Senior Hospice provides effective support to meet the needs of family members and friends after their loved one has died, helping them to get through the experience of loss.
